Timeline is a series of events with a focus on the artistry of both music and sound in film, from the early twentieth century to the present day.

This event will present the history and impact of UK scores from The 39 Steps (1935) to Ex Machina (2014), presented by Academy Award-nominated composer Gary Yershon, followed by a Q&A.

Timeline is presented by the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), in association with the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors (BASCA).

This is a free event and is open to all student members of BASCA only. To register your interest please email info@basca.org.uk with your full name and academic institution. Places are limited and will be operated on a first come first served basis.
